After a strong performance against Saint Peter’s in the quarterfinals of the MAAC tournament, the third seed Marist Red Foxes headed to the home of the second seed Quinnipiac Bobcats. Quinnipiac came into the game as favorites after defeating Marist on October 27 in the regular season 1-0.

Gavilanes Propels Marist to Semis

Intensity is a word the Marist Men’s Soccer team likes to use to describe their style of play. In the playoffs, everything is taken up a notch, and the Red Foxes were able to elevate their game on Sunday night and defeat Saint Peter’s 1-0 in the MAAC Quarterfinals.
