Center Field: The Magazine Digital Edition 2024-25

Return of the mag!

To cap off the academic year, Center Field is proud to present our annual magazine, a collection of handpicked stories ranging from Spring 2024-25.

This year’s cover is a reflection of the action-packed basketball season for the men’s and women’s teams at Marist, with feature stories behind the players and tales from the MAAC Atlantic City tournament through magazine-exclusive stories.

Inside this magazine, a variety of writers tell stories from all over Poughkeepsie in beyond. Take Sean Stellato, for example, an internet celebrity with a Marist Athletics background; or Parby Kabamba, the Democratic Republic of Congo native on the Marist men’s basketball team with a long-winding journey to the Red Foxes.

Also featured is the first Center Field “From the Foxes” piece written by copy editor Sierra Fisher, a member of the Marist track and field team, detailing her mental and physical journey in her athletic career.

These 15 stories showcase the entire scope of coverage Center Field has to offer. Don’t forget to scan the QR code to see our first Super Bowl coverage from this season. Scroll below to read or download the digital copy. Happy reading! – Dan Aulbach, 2023-25 Editor in Chief
