After both contests, they now have won three of their last four games late into the season and sit in fifth place in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC).

In the last at bat for Marist, with runners on first and second base, senior Frankie Gregoire grounded out to second base and clinched the game for Albany. The unfortunate day for the Foxes ended the way it began, by leaving runners stranded on base.
