Women’s Lacrosse: Sophomore Kelly George led the way for Marist in their 19-14 victory over Canisius last Wednesday with an unbelievable 11 points, the most for any player in the MAAC this year. George scored a team-high five goals to go along with six assists, one tying the single game record for Marist.
Women’s Track: The relay team consisting of Maria Smith, Shea Bohan, Gianna Mastromatteo, and Kerry Gaye ran a school record 18:45.47 in 4×1500 meter event at the Colonial Relays last week. The performance was good enough for a second place overall finish.
Men’s Baseball: Senior outfielder Frankie Gregoire had himself a spectacular week by launching and unbelievable four home runs, including a grand-slam last Monday. It total, he managed to drive in seven RBIs and scored five runs himself.
Men’s Lacrosse: Redshirt sophomore goalie Jake MacGregor racked up an impressive 30 saves in Marist’s two games last week. Despite facing a barrage of shots, MacGregor was able to maintain an average of a 58.25 save percentage throughout the week.
