Women’s Softball: Freshman pitcher Calista Phippen continues to shine for the Red Foxes with a pair of complete game victories last week. Her first was a one-hit victory that included nine strikeouts and no walks. The second game was a four-hit, five-strikeout performance in which she allowed just one run in her eighth complete game of the season.

Women’s Track: Senior runner Debbie Boerke won the 400 meter hurdles event at the Monmouth Season Opener. The victorious performance was recorded at 1:02.94 and was good enough to qualify her for the ECAC Outdoor Championships in the first meet for the Red Foxes.
